The following was the information from our annual donation sale held on Friday, March 26, 2010. Check back early in 2011 for information on next year's donation sale!
The ECES Donation Sale was held on Friday, March 26, 2010. The evening began with a Pork Loin Supper which ran from 5:00 - 7:00 PM. For a freewill donation, the menu included pork loin (or hotdogs), potato salad, chips, and lots of delicious pies.
We want to make this a family friendly evening, so parents are welcome to bring their children. Held that evening were kids' games, movies, and activities which the kids can enjoy while the parents are at the donation sale. There is also a nursery for your babies and toddlers that will be held across the street at 1st CRC. They will use the nursery facilities in the basement of the church.
The Donation Sale will began at 7:00 with the womens' auction taking place in the ECES gym and the mens' auction being held in the basement of 1st CRC in Edgerton (just south of ECES).
Please consider bringing an item for our sale to the school at any time. Don't know what to bring to the Donation Sale? Gift baskets, hunting land, and other creative ideas will make for a fun evening of fundraising.
Although we won't be having a bake sale this year, we want to encourage baked items that we will put on the mens & womens auctions. Your baked item can be brought to school anytime on the 26th.
