Jazz band, 5th band, 6th band, 7/8 band, and 5-8 choirs

All students are required to participate in the performances that their group is involved in. Attendance earns a 100%. Absence without prior excuse earns a 0% for the performance portion of the quarter grade. When an ensemble has an opportunity to perform, it is very much like a sports team event. When someone just chooses to not show up, it hurts the entire group’s performance. If there is a scheduling problem please contact Mrs. VandenAkker immediately.
